returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days. The item being returned must be in original condition, unused and/or unworn, labels intact Faulty Items Our products are of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order, before it is sent to you. If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable. Please report faulty or damaged items as soon as possible so that we can rectify quickly. Exchanges Return the item to be exchanged to Harley and Soo, PO Box 798, Subiaco WA 6904 (at customer's expense). Be sure to include a note with your name, order details and what you are exchanging for. The return shipping of your new item will be at our expense. Refunds Once you have contacted us to discuss your return, please send the item back to us at the above address (unless otherwise arranged).
